Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during special sale periods may require additional processing time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details, wherever available.
Shipping Coverage
We deliver across India, covering both urban and rural locations. Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination and the serviceability of our courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier operations:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Major Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote & Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
These timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, delivery location, and packaging size. Applicable shipping fees (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.
We may also offer free shipping on selected products or promotional orders from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable). Customers can use these details to track their shipment status in real time.
Delivery Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of order. Kidostoys will not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Replacement Policy (No Returns)
We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
However, replacement is available only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product is defective
Wrong item delivered
To request a replacement, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video evidence). After verification, an eligible replacement will be processed.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and provide a suitable resolution.
Delivery Confirmation
An order will be considered successfully delivered once it is marked as delivered by the courier partner at the provided shipping address. After delivery confirmation, Kidostoys is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
