Refund Timeline

Non-Refundable Situations

Products returned without original packaging, labels, or accessories.

Clearance, promotional, or special-order items unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.
Shipping, handling, or cash-on-delivery charges, except where the error was caused by Kidostoys.
Canceled Orders
Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed, and the standard return procedure will apply.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be issued if returned items are not in their original condition or if parts of the product are missing due to reasons not caused by Kidostoys.
