Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

Returns Eligibility
